At Casa Victorietta, we want you to love every piece you bring home. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

• Items are unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

• Jewelry is returned in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is provided.

To request a return, please contact us at Casavictorietta@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Personalized items, gift cards, and final sale products are also non-returnable, except where required by law.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item.

We'll review the issue and help arrange an appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of its approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or otherwise required by law.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Casa Victorietta cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please request a return for an eligible product and place a new order.
